This Privacy Policy describes how Property.com.ve collects, uses, stores, and protects your data, including data obtained through Google services. By using our platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Property.com.ve's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use Disclosure

Property.com.ve's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the following restrictions:

  • We only use Google user data for the purposes described in this privacy policy — specifically, account creation and authentication on the Property.com.ve platform.
  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless: (a) we have your affirmative consent, (b) it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the platform's functionality, as required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with adequate data protection.

Google Scopes Requested

When you sign in with Google, Property.com.ve requests the following OAuth scopes:

  • openid — to verify your identity
  • email — to retrieve your email address for account creation
  • profile — to retrieve your name and profile picture for account personalization

Data Accessed

When you sign in using Google, Property.com.ve accesses the following Google user data: your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is provided by Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication service with your explicit consent. We also use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region.

Data Usage

Your Google account data is used solely to create and maintain your Property.com.ve account, enabling features such as saved property searches, search alerts, and personalized recommendations. Your email address may be used to send transactional notifications related to your account activity. Google Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand site usage patterns and improve our service. We do not use your Google data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Property.com.ve platform.

Data Sharing

Property.com.ve does not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data may be shared only with the following service providers, strictly for operating the platform: Supabase (database hosting and authentication), Vercel (website hosting), and Google Analytics (anonymized usage analytics). These providers process data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. No Google user data is shared with real estate agents, advertisers, or any other external parties.

Data Storage & Protection

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) policies that restrict data access. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Authentication tokens are managed securely through Supabase's authentication infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal data.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@property.com.ve. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove your personal data within 30 days. You may also revoke Property.com.ve's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
